give yourself a few minutes to wind down prior to practice – we appreciate your prompt arrival for class and we recommend arriving at least a few minutes prior to start time – sorry, no late entrance or early exit
good rule of thumb – allow at least 5 minutes before scheduled class time and 5 minutes after scheduled end time to be at the studio.
new to the studio? please arrive 10 – 15 minutes prior to class start time to fill out registration, take care of payment, and figure our where the bathrooms are
we encourage you to sign up for class online – save time and conserve line space.
this is your time to unplug – for your peace of mind and the safety of others, absolutely no cellphones, shoes, laptops, or other personal items in the yoga practice space … all of that will be waiting for you after class.
give yourself the gift of an hour or so without distractions.
we offer cubbies outside the practice space and a full locker room with private lockers for your convenience.
show respect for other peoples’ belongings – one person or family per cubby and please, if you have misplaced an item, ask for search assistance at the front desk.
when leaving your phone in the cubbies, please silence your cell phone.
you are highly encouraged to communicate with your teacher about any injuries or conditions that might prevent a hands-on adjustment or to alert them to your personal modifications or limitations.
please put away the props you use during class. be watchful not to step on a fellow yogi’s mat.
show respect to fellow students coming to the class after yours, by leaving the area around your mat clean and dry – please replace your props and wipe up your ‘hard work’ aka, sweat.

the lobby is closed midday and 15 minutes after the last class of the day begins. thank you for keeping this in mind as you go about your post-class rituals.
students are welcome to use studio facilities up to 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after the class they are attending.

Come to class hydrated and with an empty stomach. Be prepared to challenge yourself in a mindful manner – working toward your edge, without stressing or straining. Let your instructor know about any injuries or health concerns that may effect your practice.

Clean, comfortable, well-fitting athletic wear that you can easily move in, moisture wicking is a benefit. For ladies, a tank top and leggings are ideal and for the gentlemen, shorts or board shorts and a t-shirts.
No – pure. love. yoga. offers up to 50 classes a week, ranging from soothing and beginner-focused to challenging heated and challenging non-heated.
We offer spacious men’s and women’s locker rooms complete with showers, lockers, and a variety of grooming amenities. You many bring your own lock or purchase one at the front desk.

Where you begin with your practice is where you will receive the most benefit and that depends on your physical ability, If you are working with an injury or physical limitation, your personality, and your goals. pure. love. yoga. encourages you to try a variety of classes and teachers to see what works best for you. We offer a student advisor and a full staff of knowledgable professionals to help guide you through class types – from gentle to challenging – and teacher styles.
