LEARN to prepare a complete, well-balanced vegetarian meal – 5 delicious and easy to prepare vegetarian dishes (gluten free) influenced by the spices of the Indian sub-continent and Ayurveda – the ancient science of health and wellness from India. Just in time for the festive season – you might be inspired to include these dishes on your holiday table!
Ayurvedic Chef Sandhiya Ramaswamy will teach us how to prepare this lovely meal and as a finale we shall enjoy sharing it together.

She learned the art of cooking at a very young age, from her mother Prema, an accomplished cook, and further deepened her knowledge in culinary school.
